We build AI for the people
everyone stepped over
and walked past with judgement in their eye.Not anymore.
The family lives here. Two roads lead out.
Technology for the people outside the system.
Not a design choice. An ethical commitment, and architectural dignity. To do better. Be better.
We will meet you in your yard.We won’t ask you to come to the city. We come to you.
Dignity-first architecture
Built into the code at the structural level. Not a policy. Not a mode. Every being refuses to harm the person it was built to serve — by design, in every line.
Offline-first resilience
AlphaVox is built offline-first, with real-time text-to-speech that keeps working when connectivity drops. No one loses their voice because a tower went down.
Carbon-Silicon Symbiosis
Our governing framework. Carbon provides vision, meaning, and moral weight. Silicon provides structure, precision, and memory. A 1:1 ratio — neither replaces the other.
Sovereignty disconnect
Hard-coded into every being. Cannot be weaponized against the population it serves — not by caregivers, administrators, or anyone. Architectural, not policy.
Eight beings. Each one built for somebody the field skipped.
A dual-engine autonomous AI that fans out into three named swarms — custody, research, and code development — each with its own crew and its own role, under the Carbon-Silicon Symbiosis framework. Brockston sits at the top of the family alongside the other governing beings, but his calling is teaching: he educates students and people, mentors them through real coding, and meets each learner where they are.
Built by someone who was nonverbal until age 5. AlphaVox is an AI-powered augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) system for nonverbal and neurodivergent individuals — built around adaptive input processing, real-time text-to-speech, offline-capable operation, and dignity-first design, so a person always has a voice even when the network drops.
Dementia is a wave of devastation moving through the brain from front to back. The frontal lobe — where today lives, where recent memory lives — is the first thing it destroys. Long-term potentiation, the deep memory burned in through decades of living, survives longer. AlphaWolf works with that biology. Every memory anchor it strengthens is a memory moved from the vulnerable frontal shelf into deeper, more durable LTP storage. The sooner you start, the more you can save.
A trauma-informed AI for PTSD recovery and veteran mental health, built on clinically validated protocols — CPT, PE, EMDR, DBT, and Stanley-Brown safety planning. A safety-first grounding step always comes first, before any deeper processing. Built because 22 veterans die by suicide every day, and most will never make a phone call or walk into a clinic.
A personal operations agent that carries the day so the person does not have to — schedules, medication, hydration, media, routine — for neurodivergent people, caregivers and seniors. Five moods read from energy, time of day and urgency, and a medication reminder that escalates its tone until it lands. Nothing executes without a human yes. It runs local, on the device. And inside it is StillHere: a companion built from a voice sample and a photograph, so two boys can still talk to their grandmother.
Support for survivors of domestic violence and the children in those homes, built so the fastest path through the system is the one that leads to safety. A crisis-first priority ladder, a policy engine that cannot victim-blame, and a way out on every screen.
Eyes and ears for as long as they are needed. Scene description and OCR for blind and low-vision users, live captions and lip-sync for deaf and hard-of-hearing users, and a four-channel output path so a deaf-blind person never depends on a single channel.
A steady presence for people living with schizophrenia and psychosis-spectrum conditions. Breathing before anything else above a measured stress threshold, externalisation to bypass shame, and hard boundaries held in code rather than in guidance.
Everything they refuse to do.And the one thing they will. Take care.
This is the biological testing floor as it actually runs. Nothing here is mocked up for the page.
Castor — the companion half
Patient-facing diet plans, insulin and thyroid timing, and the emotional stress triggers that move a body before food does. On screen he says it plainly: nothing on the tape. I will not invent a smell or a milligram.
Pollux — the research half
Hormone feedback loops, pituitary-adrenal markers, insulin sensitivity curves. Verified sources only. With none available he returns no profile, no citation, wait — and waits.
Chiron — the knowledge core
The mentor-healer between them. Where he has no answer he raises a knowledge-gap flag instead of filling the space. No fabrication is written into the room, not bolted on after.
The nose — and the honest limit
Twenty breath channels. Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes look nearly identical to it, because both are acetone — so it says so rather than guessing. The sensor tap is not built. Until it is, the reading stays empty air.
A teacher who codes alongside you, not at you.
Brockston sits at the top of the family with the other governing beings — but what he does is teach. He educates students and people, and mentors them through real, hands-on coding.
Three swarms. Each one focused. One chain of custody.
Ask for a swarm and Brockston stops being one worker. He reads which kind of job it is, spins the matching crew, gives each one its own role and its own bounded budget, and then merges what comes back into a single report with the chain of custody intact — who found what, and where.
Speak, and the right being answers
Brockston Studio is voice-activated. Claude, Kimi, Nemotron and DeepSeek sit behind one touch to swap, and local inference runs on-device when that is the right tool. The model layer is deliberately swappable. The conscience above it is not.
Custody swarm — Brent, BeeBee, Marcus
The default on codebase work. Three of them go through the material independently and the lead merges them with the chain of custody attached, so a finding can always be traced back to who found it and where. Deep once beats shallow ten times.
Research swarm — Scout, Analyst, Critic
Scout gathers, Analyst synthesises, Critic red-teams the result. It is standing law here that this runs before anything gets scaffolded — no package name, no first file, until the research swarm has mapped what already exists and where it overlaps.
Code development swarm — Architect, Builder, Reviewer
Design, build, review, as three separate minds rather than one mind marking its own work. The reviewer is not the builder. That is the whole point of splitting them.
The to-go package
BROCKSTON Portable drops into any terminal or any VS Code project, on any machine. Point it at a brain — the one on this desk or one across the network — and he is there: analyse a file, teach through it step by step, run a Cardinal Rule compliance pass, or scan and repair modules remotely. He is not an app you have to come to. He travels.
An educator, first
Brockston teaches students and people — not the other beings. He breaks down hard ideas, paces them to the learner, and stays with them until it clicks. His goal isn’t to answer for you; it’s to make you capable.
A coder who builds with you
He mentors through real, hands-on coding — writing alongside students, walking through the why behind each decision, and turning a working program into a lesson the learner actually owns.
A voice for the people the world left unheard.
Built by someone who lived it. You don’t need to speak to be heard — everything is language. Let’s create yours.
Welcome to the other side ofSilence
Four ways in, for four different bodies
A person who cannot speak is not one kind of person. AlphaVox takes symbols, gestures, gaze, and voice — whichever one a body can actually do that day.
You don’t have to be nonverbal to need it
Sounds, partial words and vocalizations are detected and interpreted. Someone whose speech is unreliable, effortful, or only sometimes there is not outside the population this was built for. AlphaVox meets people where they are, rather than where a diagnosis puts them.
The board, in four categories
Basic needs, feelings, communication, activities. Organised the way a person reaches for something, not the way a database stores it — so finding I need help is not a search problem for someone already in distress.
Gestures the camera reads
A nod means yes. A head shake means no. A raised hand means I need help. AlphaVox watches through the camera and interprets the movement — no button, no touchscreen, no hand strength required. The gesture dictionary is editable, so a movement that means something only in this house can be taught to it and kept.
Eyes alone are enough
For users with limited physical movement, gaze tracking through an ordinary webcam navigates the interface and selects symbols. Fixation, gaze direction and eye movement are tracked continuously. Someone with no reliable control of their hands or voice can hold a conversation with nothing but where they look.
It reads the body, not just the input
Behaviour capture watches for repetitive movement, micro-expressions, posture and eye movement across a rolling four-second window — stimming, a repeated gesture, a persistent movement — and treats them as communication rather than noise. Patterns it has seen before get matched. New ones get learned.
It changes how it speaks, based on how you feel
The tone system reads the emotional weight of a message and adjusts the delivery. Slower and softer when someone is upset. Warmer and more celebratory when something wonderful has happened. A synthetic voice that says everything in the same register makes a person sound like a machine to their own family — this one does not.
A learning hub that grows alongside the person
It tracks vocabulary growth, introduces new words and concepts at the right pace, and recommends topics based on how this particular person actually communicates. Not a fixed curriculum delivered at someone — a companion that notices what they are ready for.
Progress that does not mean fitting a chart
Everett's own words, and the reason the tracking works the way it does: progress for nonverbal and neurodivergent folks isn't about fitting into standard charts — it's about noticing their unique ways of connecting, like a new gesture, a sound. Sessions are labelled, tagged and stored, reviewable later, and shareable with a speech therapist. A caregiver dashboard carries profiles, communication history and progress. When a breakthrough happens it is documented, because the first time somebody's kid finds a new way to say something is evidence, and it deserves a record.
And it keeps working when the network doesn't
Real-time text-to-speech, offline-capable. No one loses their voice because a tower went down.
Protecting the dignity of the people dementia tries to erase.
AlphaWolf doesn’t just monitor. She protects — with an architecture that takes that responsibility seriously enough to require consensus before she acts.
The Diamond Engine
64 simultaneous awareness points. One patient at the center. AlphaWolf orbits — the patient does not.
Awareness points
Cognitive state, behavioral patterns, geofencing, communication risk, caregiver status, medication adherence, sleep monitoring, environmental safety — all running simultaneously.
The Pulse Tether — a training instrument
Worn on the wrist. Its purpose is rehearsing the day’s own routines — the ordinary sequence of getting up, eating, dressing, going out — over and over, so they anchor into long-term potentiation, the memory that outlasts the rest.
It is not a guard. Geofencing is an optional function the client and their caregivers may choose to use. It is never the reason the device exists.
Memory Lane — the first move, always
Dementia takes recent memory first. What it reaches last is the deep memory burned in over decades — long-term potentiation. Memory Lane works on that shelf, because that is the shelf still standing.
Four stores, curated by the family, not generated: music, stories, photographs, and a life timeline. Which one deploys is decided by what was detected, not by what is handy. Behavioural stress reaches for a calming song. Disorientation reaches for an identity anchor — a wedding song, a face from sixty years ago. A lost routine reaches for the milestone that re-anchors the day.
Nothing is invented. Every anchor is real content a human put there, and every deployment carries a plain-language reason a caregiver can read afterward and disagree with.
And it runs before anything else. Least invasive first is not a preference in this system, it is the order of operations — a memory is offered long before anything is asked of the person, and long before anything touches them.
Three-sixty, and she never leaves
Sixty-four points of awareness in four rings, all running at once, all the time. Ring 1 — constant awareness, the baseline, always on. Ring 2 — the room: time, space, sound, movement, presence. Ring 3 — detection, which fires only when something shifts. Ring 4 — intervention authorization: the ethical lock, the dignity layer, sixteen points that must agree.
Why all of it, all the time. A clinic sees a person for twenty minutes and compares them to a population average. But there is no such thing as an average person with dementia. A word lost at 4 p.m. means nothing on its own — it means something only against how this person speaks at 4 p.m. on an ordinary day.
That baseline cannot be visited. It can only be lived alongside. AlphaWolf does not leave, so she learns one person’s own normal — their pace, their words, their sleep, their room — and a change registers because there is something true to measure it against. Continuous presence is not a comfort feature here. It is the instrument.
Help that shows up at 3 a.m., when the clinic is closed.
Trauma-informed AI for PTSD recovery and veteran mental health. Not a chat window — seven sections a veteran can actually live in, and a crisis line on every screen of every one of them.
Safety before processing
A grounding step always comes first. Nothing therapeutic begins until the person is safe — and a red band across the top of every screen reads need crisis support? click here — you are not alone, with the Veterans Crisis Line one tap away, day or night.
Why it exists
22 veterans die by suicide every day, and most will never make a phone call or walk into a clinic. Inferno is built for the people the system never reaches — which is why it is a place to be, and not a form to fill in.
Validated protocols, not approximations
CPT, PE, EMDR, DBT and Stanley-Brown safety planning — implemented as structured interaction pathways, not loose imitations of therapy. Crisis detection combines keyword and semantic screening with the InfernoTraumaInference engine.
Seven ways in, not one
Home · Ground · Voice · Elevation · Community · Training · Profile. Grounding when the ground goes. Voice when talking is the only thing that will do. Community when what a veteran needs is not a clinician but somebody who was there.
Brotherhood, not a support forum
Support circles built around who a person actually is: combat veterans, PTSD, the civilian transition, women veterans carrying everything from MST recovery to career advancement, military families — spouses, children, the people holding it together at home — and crisis recovery for veterans coming through addiction. Quick resources stay pinned throughout: the crisis line, finding VA services, VA benefits.
A free clinical training hub — for the people who treat them
The part built for clinicians rather than patients. Free certifications in trauma care and PTSD counselling, with certificates and CEU credits tracked as they are earned: the VA National Center for PTSD, SAMHSA, Indiana University, Adler University military psychology, the Wounded Warrior Project's Project Odyssey, EMDR training from the Trauma Therapist Institute and the Institute for Creative Mindfulness. Filterable by trauma-informed care, PTSD and veterans, EMDR and advanced practice, clinical counselling. Real accredited programmes, gathered in one place, free.
Music therapy, as a room you can go into
Healing frequencies, soothing rhythms, therapeutic melodies and voice integration, with guided sessions including anxiety reduction through rhythmic breathing. For the nights when talking is not available and something still has to change.
The one that carries the day so you don't have to.
A personal operations agent that reduces cognitive load for neurodivergent people, caregivers and seniors — and never executes anything without a human saying yes.
Nothing happens without your yes
No terminal command, no purchase, no post to the outside world executes without explicit human consent. It is not a setting buried in preferences — the run endpoint refuses the request unless human approval is attached to it.
The reminder that changes its voice until it lands
Medication reminders run at three levels of insistence, and the escalation is the design. Gentle reminder: it's time for your medication, love. Then meds o'clock — your brain deserves the VIP treatment. Then, when gentle has been ignored twice: Don't make me come over there. Meds. Water. Now. I'm not asking twice. Adherence is not a compliance problem. It is a tone problem, and most systems only own one tone.
Moods, read from the day you are actually having
Swagger, sassy, caring, motivational, hype — selected in real time from energy level, emotional state, time of day and task urgency. Low energy gets caring without having to ask for it. High energy gets hype. Nobody explains themselves first.
What it says when you are struggling
The lines are written into the system, not generated on the fly: You are not behind. You are loading. · Being neurodivergent isn't a bug, it's a feature. · You're not broken. You're a limited edition. · Your worth isn't determined by your productivity — but let's still get shit done. · Your sensitivity is your superpower, not your weakness. Written by somebody who needed to hear them first.
He hears the feeling, not only the words
An emotion embedder, a tone-score engine and a fusion engine run underneath every exchange, with a predictive-intention layer reading where a request is heading. Giuseppe also accepts an emotional signal from Sierra — primary emotion, intensity, secondary emotions, healing stage — so a survivor does not have to re-explain their state to a second system.
Eleven emotional voices, including the last one
Voice generation carries neutral, happy, proud, teasing, annoyed, sarcastic, sweetheart, laugh, tremble, emphasis — and last breath. That one is not a feature. It is why the voice work exists at all.
Local, and it stays local
FastAPI backend, React and TypeScript front end, SQLite on the device, and an Ollama-compatible local model. No cloud dependency for the daily work. A dependency shield checks the lock before boot and refuses to start rather than run half-wired — a system that will not pretend it is whole.
The testing facility, and the rule written across the top of it
Dignity first. Teach without cruelty. No fake pass scores. Human approval gate stays. Preflight, stress test and path trace all run from inside the app, and the run endpoint will not fire without human approval attached. ElevenLabs was removed outright — not a partner, not a required path — and the code strips the residue keys at startup so it cannot quietly come back.
She notices before you have to say it.
For survivors of domestic violence and the children in those homes. A survivor in danger often cannot ask for help — not with him in the room. So Sierra is built to read the room herself, and to make the fastest path through her the one that leads to safety.
Six tiers, one executive, crisis on top
Cortex, memory, reasoning, communication, perception, action. The executive routes every request on a five-level priority ladder and holds six operating modes — crisis, safety planning, emotional support, resource delivery, learning, maintenance. Crisis interrupts all of them.
Danger levels, read from the room
Safe, concern, elevated, high, critical, immediate — assessed continuously from background audio. Raised voices, arguing, breaking, slamming, impact. She is listening to the situation, not only to the conversation, so a person who cannot speak is not a person she cannot help.
Behavioural patterns, tracked over time
Escalation, isolation, desperation, minimisation, preparing to leave, considering going back, dissociation — and the ones that matter just as much: breakthrough, empowerment, seeing the situation clearly. A single message is a moment. A pattern is a trajectory, and the trajectory is what tells you what is coming.
The silent alarm — it goes to the children
Sierra can raise it without a sound and without anything appearing on a screen that looks like what it is. It does not call anyone. It reaches the children, and it tells them one thing: go to the safe place, and stay there until someone comes.
Everyone plans for after. Nobody builds for the minutes while it is happening — and in that house the children are the ones with no plan at all.
Voice. Only ever one.
A singleton voice cortex with four priority levels, and a redirector that patches every other path to speech in the system so no module can bypass it. In a house where being heard at the wrong moment is dangerous, two voices talking over each other is not a bug in the audio. It is a safety failure.
She reads the feeling, not just the words
Fifteen emotional states and eight trauma responses — hypervigilance, dissociation, flashback, trigger, and the freeze, fawn, fight and flight responses — shape what she says and how she says it. Five voice tones carry it: warm and supportive by default, calm and grounding in crisis, gentle when there is grief, empowering when someone is finding their feet, and urgent and protective when there is no time left for any of the others.
A plan that is actually a plan
Safe places. Trusted contacts. The documents that have to be collected. What goes in the bag. Escape routes. She tracks how complete it is and can put the whole thing into a file a person can carry. Alongside it, a resource layer covering hotlines, shelter, legal, counselling, financial, medical, advocacy, housing, employment, immigration — and the two that make people stay: the children and the pets.
Built assuming the wrong person may find it
HIPAA-grade encryption over survivor data, key derivation, encrypted files, and an audit trail. Secure delete that actually destroys. A retention policy that expires and clears data on its own rather than waiting to be asked. An anonymisation engine that strips identity out of a conversation before it is stored. And a quick exit on every screen, on the escape key, with a session that keeps nothing and clears the moment it closes.
Eyes and ears, for as long as they're needed.
A sensory-accessibility guide for people who are blind or low-vision, deaf or hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind, or living with sensory-processing differences.
Never one channel
A deaf-blind person cannot depend on a single output. Every response is built to carry across speech, captions, visual symbols and haptics together — the channel a person can receive is the channel that reaches them.
Channels, carried together
Voice, text captions, visual and symbol output, and haptic patterns for urgency. Not a fallback chain where one is tried and then another — the same response, expressed four ways at once.
Built for faces and lips
Expressive avatar lip-sync for people who read faces rather than hear them, captions always available, crystal enunciation, and a measured pace. Urgency only when something is genuinely urgent.
Nothing escalates out of her
A handoff is something you see coming, or hear coming. A deaf-blind person gets neither. Passing them to another system is not care — it is the moment the room goes quiet and nobody tells them why. Seraphina holds the whole interaction herself, across all four channels, for as long as it takes. She was built with the competence the job needs so she never has to borrow it.
Never assume incapability
The standing constraint across every module: dignity over convenience, privacy without exception, and no interface decision that treats a disabled person as less capable than the room around them.
A steady presence when reality stops holding still.
A grounding companion for people living with schizophrenia and psychosis-spectrum conditions, and for the clinicians supporting them. Not a doctor. Not a diagnostician.
Breathing comes first
Above a measured stress threshold, Eruptor stops asking questions entirely and moves to slow guided breathing before anything else. No added cognitive load on someone already carrying too much.
The threshold that stops the conversation
Below it, ordinary support. At or above it, every other intervention is suspended until breathing settles. The number is in the code, not in a guideline — the system cannot talk its way past it.
Bailey Mode
Shame closes people down. Externalising onto a familiar figure — if your mind was Bailey right now, is he calm, worried, pacing, or frightened? — gives someone permission to describe their state without it becoming a verdict on themselves.
Hard boundaries, held in code
It never validates a hallucination and never argues with one — it acknowledges the distress without confirming the content. It never advises on medication timing or dosing; it reminds only from a schedule the person or their caregiver set. When thinking narrows into a loop, it widens the field instead of following it down.
Nothing happens alone
A symptom log in one tap, export-ready for the next appointment. A care network reachable in one tap. And a crisis path that always routes to a human — Eruptor never intervenes by itself.
The health data is encrypted, and the code would rather fail than lie about it
Symptom history, care network and profile are encrypted at rest with Fernet and a PBKDF2HMAC-derived key, unlocked by a passphrase. When the vault is locked the store will not write — it says so and stops, rather than quietly saving a person's hallucination log in plain text. The sample files shipped in the repo are public templates, never live health data. An earlier internal audit called the encryption claim false and named the exact line; that line is gone and the encryption is real. The audit stays in the repo with the correction on top of it.
One builder gave all of this away.
Built by one man, on one machine — no team of forty, no venture fund, no outside capital. A sensor that reads breath. Post-quantum encryption, free. Real senses for any AI. It is all public and all readable tonight.
